  • If we are unable to complete the website as per the agreed specifications.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the client requests modifications or changes outside the initial project scope.
  • If the delay in project completion is due to the client’s lack of response or missing information.
  • If the refund request is made after the allowed refund period.

3. Refund Process

  • Any transaction fees deducted by payment processors are non-refundable.
